General Contest Rules

The Score 1260 contests are open to listeners who legally reside in Onondaga, Madison and Oswego counties. Employees of Cumulus Media, its affiliates, advertising agencies, participating sponsors and/or promotional partners, other local area radio stations and members of their immediate families and anyone residing within the same household – are ineligible to participate or to win. No purchase necessary. Listeners are eligible to win a station contest only once every 30 days. Limit one winner per household per contest. Winners must provide social security number, valid photo ID and meet all eligibility requirements. Winners are responsible for all taxes on prizes won, must sign a release and pick up prizes in person at the station during normal business hours, or forfeit the prize. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable. Station may substitute prize of greater or equal value. Station management shall be the contest judges and all decisions are final. Station may stop contests or modify contest rules and dates at any time for any reason. Modifications announced on-air, when practical.
